Joe Casey https://joecaseyfl.com is our founding member and both a veteran of the construction industry and Air Force Veteran, having served in the Gulf War. Joe has built a philosophy that has become our culture: the customer comes first and our job is to support their needs with Respect, Integrity, Communication and Excellence.

As a VOSB (Veteran Owned Small Business) Our Chief Aim is to ensure the success of every project and safeguard our clients assets and capital. To achieve this, we work diligently utilizing means and methods that have been proven over a 50 year cycle and incorporate the latest tools and technology. We don’t practice construction, we define it!
At CORE Group, we believe in practicing [Kaizen], the art of constant improvement. Utilizing the principles of LEAN management, our chief aim is to involve all employees in improving efficiency, reducing waste, standardizing process and procedures and making incremental small changes to continuously improve our delivery and overall customer experience.

Joe Casey
Joe is the primary CGC license holder and founding member of CORE Group, holding three professional licenses in the State of Florida. His background encompasses both serving as a certified general contractor and project management professional overseeing the construction of high profile projects like the Toronto Blue Jays development complex in Dunedin, Florida, delivering charter school projects like the IDEA School of Hope in Ybor (Tampa), the first of it’s kind in the State of Florida and working with national brands to include ALDI Foods, Panera Bread, Habit Burger and Starbucks.

Bryan Garner
Bryan Garner has served the industry for nearly 40 years, developing and managing the construction of charter schools, early learning centers, higher education facilities, shopping centers and storage buildings. His expertise includes delivering complex projects under tight scheduling deadlines.

Chris DeLancett
Chris DeLancett is a veteran of the industry and one of the license holders of CORE Group. He holds multiple CCC licenses in Florida as a roofing contractor and serves as our Director of Construction, overseeing field operations, subcontractor performance and scheduling.
