We lead our market in two areas: the design-development of commercial strip centers and a division that’s dedicated to multi-family construction. Our Founder Joe Casey, has spent over 30 years serving the construction industry and continues to lead our team to improve our processes and seek out new and better ways of serving our clients and our community.

Joe Casey is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and Florida Certified General Contractor. Joe previously lead Vantage Construction as Vice President and has over 30 years industry experience in acquisition, construction management and development. He leads CORE GROUP as our Managing Partner.
Tom Richmond is a seasoned business executive, former owner of Little Tikes, former CEO of Basanite and a well established figure in the local Tampa Bay business community. Tom leads CORE GROUP as our CFO.
Don Powell is a real estate broker and real estate development specialist. He has been actively involved in negotiating real estate acquisition and development contracts for over a decade and serves as VP of Business Development. Don leads land acquisition and mixed-use development for CORE GROUP.
